Anyone who has used the hydraulic oil filter knows its working principle, which is to provide the driving force of the oil by virtue of the positive pressure generated by the oil pump to make the filtered oil flow out. However, sometimes the pressure of oil filter is too high. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. Here are the phenomena before and after the pressure of oil filter is too high and the solutions:
1. The filter pressure drops suddenly after it suddenly exceeds the high level. Please check whether the fine filter element is broken down and damaged;
2. The oil outlet pressure of the oil filter is too high and the oil outlet flow is significantly reduced. Please check and determine:
a. Whether the filter element of fine filter is blocked;
b. Whether the oil pump oil seal is worn.
3. If the pressure in the heating cycle of the oil filter is too high to feed oil, please check and determine:
a. Whether the steering direction of the oil transfer pump is correct;
b. Whether the filter element of the primary filter is seriously blocked;
c. Check whether the oil pump shaft seal is damaged.
4. In order to ensure the effect of filtered oil, ensure that the oil suction and oil outlet hoses are clean at any time;
5. During the operation of the oil filter, the filter flow is affected due to the air inhaled by the oil pump. Therefore, in order to achieve the rated filter flow of the oil filter, check whether the oil pipe is inserted properly, whether the sealing of various parts from the oil tank to the oil suction port is reliable, whether the oil suction port is away from the oil surface or the oil has been absorbed, or whether the oil inlet pipe sucks the barrel wall;
6. After the oil filter is used for a period of time, the oil inlet is slow due to the blockage of the primary filter by pollutants. Stop the machine, take out the oil inlet filter element, clean or replace the filter element;
7. After being used for a period of time, the fine filter element is gradually blocked by pollutants, resulting in ultra-high pressure. When the pressure gauge value reaches 0.4MPa, the fine filter element needs to be cleaned and replaced in time.
